Adding A New User To BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 Via BarCode
The BlackBerry Messenger application for all BlackBerry handsets running OS version 4.5 or higher has now been upgraded. The new app has given SMS text messaging an overhaul, avatars are now available and users will be able to send and receive large file transfers.
There is also enhanced group functionality that allows users to update, share and communicate with a subset community. Each BlackBerry has its own BlackBerry barcode. Just fire up the app, opt to add a friend and the camera will start automatically. If you take a photo of another barcode the information will be added to your BlackBerry Messenger.
